M2

M2 presents as a round, bright globular cluster in Aquarius with an extended halo.
This globular in Aquarius is among the more conspicuous of its class, showing a smoothly concentrated swarm of stars.
The 436 stacked frames pull the fine outer halo from the sky and make the density rise toward the center stand out.
The 250 mm field at f/5 frames M2 generously, allowing the transition from core to periphery to be traced cleanly.
