NGC6914

NGC 6914 sets cold reflected light against the red Cygnus complex.
The reflection nebula lies embedded between luminous H II regions and dark dust lanes. The interplay of gas, dust, and young stars gives the region its special appeal.
Half an hour of integration with 250 mm at f/5 hints at fine structures in the wide field—despite humid air and low target altitude.
