M35

The loose cluster M35 fills the frame with sparkling points in Gemini.
M35 is a bright, extended open cluster in Gemini—ideal for wide fields and short focal lengths.
Even at just over 5° altitude, the lattice of blue-white stars appears grainy and widely scattered.
45 short exposures sum to about 7½ minutes; 250 mm at f/5 emphasize the loose character.
