M32

M32 shines as a compact companion of the Andromeda Galaxy.
This elliptical dwarf in Andromeda appears as a small, very high–surface-brightness patch in the eponymous constellation—a close satellite of its grand neighbor.
At roughly 250 mm focal length, M32 remains tiny yet separates cleanly from the starfield thanks to its brightness.
A precise pointing suffices to isolate it clearly beside M31.
