IC1805

The Heart Nebula fills the frame with ruby H‑II glow.
The expansive emission region, also called the Heart Nebula, hosts active star formation and shines in ionized hydrogen light.
So low above the horizon, the red is quickly muted, yet the distinctive form remains recognizable.
328 short exposures add up to about 55 minutes at 250 mm and F/5—well suited to the large field.
